Proximitask - Beacon-based Reminders app for iPhone and iPad

Proximitask is the missing link between the Reminders on your phone and iBeacons in the real world.

iBeacons are gaining popularity. Many large and small companies are constantly finding new and innovative uses for them. You can buy your own beacons with companies like Estimote, or even let your Macs or iDevices (iPhone 4s and iPad 3 above) run as "soft" beacons. iBeacons give context and accurate micro-location capabilities. Your phone can now know where your desk is - something GPS cant really do. Similar to how the Reminders app allows you to trigger reminders based on locations, Proximitask allows you to trigger them based on iBeacons. Contextualize your reminders.

EXAMPLE USES:
• Attach a beacon to your desk in the office and get a reminder to finish a report when you arrive at work
• Attach a beacon to your kitchen door and get a reminder to switch off appliances as you leave your kitchen
• Leave a beacon in the glove compartment and get a reminder of all your daily errands when you step into your car
• Put a beacon in your kids bag and get an alert when they wander out of range
• The possibilities are endless!

FEATURES:
• Configure up to 10 unique beacons to constantly monitor
• Link up any of your existing reminders (created in Apples Reminders app) to be triggered upon the entry or exit of any of your configured beacons, or...
• Add new reminders directly from within the app (these will automatically sync over to the Reminders app)
